it just saves the .pdf as a blank pdf?

Hello.. still no reply? and it's still not working?! and i paid.. where is the support here?!
Fireshot 0.98.20 Windows 7 home premium 64bit Firefox 16.0.1 goto a website with large posts chose capture entire page, save as pdf and it will save it as a blank pdf |

i went to fireshot settings and chose to integrate into internet explorer, and that works. so there is def a firefox bug, and has been since i originally posted.. suggestions please? i only use firefox.

there is no error at all. it captures, says it's captured asks to open target output folder, you chose yes, and the pdf file is only one page and it's all white/blank.
i went here (need this page for legal purposes) http://qwest.centurylink.com/internethelp/eup.html chose dropdown in fireshot, capture entire page and save as pdf. it clicks, saves, asks to show folder target location, i chose ok, the pdf is blank. png is blank/white as well in firefox addons i'm using... adblock plus add to amazon wish list all in one sidebar default full zoom level fireshot google reader watcher IDM CC lastpass rss icon awesomebar search highlight WOT Xmarks youtube music player |

i have tried this on my workstation. and fireshot seems to be working there, but my laptop intermittant white/blank captures.
i also use firefox sync, so all addons, and themes should be the same on all devices |

Can you please confirm:
- it saves fine to PNG or JPEG - it's normally opened in the editor when you select "Capture entire page and edit" Thanks |

| well after more tests/confirming seems all captures from fireshot (all available capture options capture blank/white pages. fireshot is not working on laptop at all with firefox/specs listed above | ||

| So the problem can be in one of the addons you're using or in the limited resources at your laptop. You can try disabling all addons except of FireShot, restarting Firefox and check whether it helps. | ||
